Domain Registration & Renewals

All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are final. Once a domain is purchased and registered, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Since domain names are registered in real-time, we do not have the ability to reverse or refund any domain-related transactions. Additionally, failure to renew a domain before its expiration may result in permanent loss, and we cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from non-renewal.

Web Hosting Services

Payments for web hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting, are strictly non-refundable. Our hosting plans operate on a subscription basis, and fees are charged upfront. We do not issue refunds for unused services, partial months, or early cancellations, regardless of usage.

Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their services at any time; however, cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits. Any cancellation request should be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Once a service is canceled, the associated data may be deleted permanently, and we are not responsible for any loss of data.

Exceptions & Disputes
